Tech Me Back Provided Outstanding Service
We recently took the MAC step from a long history of PC based computers. Tech Me Back was and continues to provide significant support in this ongoing transition. I could not have done it without this assistance. I had over 11,000 photos that were irreplaceable and the transition to a new systems made me somewhat apprehensive. The transition was flawless and now I am learning the many benefits of the Apple /MAC World. I retired from a Fortune 100 Corporation. Service to the Business Unites was imperative. I always stressed Attitude and Effort to the folks I worked with. Tech Me Back not only brings both a great Attitude and continuing Effort but also the Professional Capability and Personality that makes their services that much better.

Outstanding Service, Quick Response, Fair Price
Eddy Nivens provided a 5-Star service for upgrading my old iMac to the newest and best. I could have spent $1,200 for a new iMac, but I instead called Eddy for an update. I feel like I have that $1,200 new iMac! It has been amazing. Eddy is so knowledgeable. He came to my house and picked up the computer, then brought it back! Where can you get service like that? It has been a few months now and I have had NO problem at all. My husband and I will ALWAYS choose Eddy for our computers and I would recommend him with no reservations at all. Truly superb!

Eddy came to my house and helped me with not only the issues I was having with my MAC but taught me ways to use the MAC that I was not even aware of!
I would recommend Eddy Nivens with the absolute highest ranking. He is smart, professional, able to teach anyone on all Apple product. In one short hour he helped myself, my husband and my 9 yr old daughter. He is patient and never wastes anytime. Charlotte is so fortunate to have such a resource. Book him fast because he is the absolute best deal around. Lastly, I have paid MANY high school and college students to help me with my MAC. If I had only started with Eddy I would have saved so much time, money and most of all aggravation. Now I am starting 2013 far more productive thanks to working with Eddy!

Knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and personable
My late husband and I switched over to Apple computers the middle of ?08. Not long after, we met Eddy Nivens. He was very helpful and patient helping us migrate from Windows to Apple. Since my husband?s passing, I have relied on Eddy for all my computer and iPhone issues. He is vastly knowledgeable, having owned Apple computers since their inception. Eddy can be relied on to respond quickly and is always accurate with his advice and help. He is professional and personable. I highly recommend him.
